**Summary**

Supervises and coordinates activities of guest services engaged in handling service orders and telephone complaints of customers by performing the following duties.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Must also be able to perform guest service manager functions as necessary.

Provide coaching to hold all team members accountable to the Wally's standards.

Guest service is top priority, must be able to adapt and physically work in any area as needed to provide the best guest experience.

This position becomes a higher responsibility when upper store management is not available.

Monitors service calls to observe employee's demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to company policies.

Recommends corrective services to adjust customer complaints.

Answers questions about service.

Keys information into computer to compile work volume statistics for accounting purposes and to keep records of customer service requests and complaints.

Checks accounting ledger and order postings for errors.

Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.

Issues written and oral instructions.

Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.

Maintains harmony among workers and resolves grievances.

Prepares composite reports from individual reports of subordinates.

Adjusts errors and complaints.

**Supervisory Responsibilities**

Directly supervises various team members. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Reports to guest service manager,

**Education and/or Experience**

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Language Skills**

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

**Mathematical Skills**

Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

**Reasoning Ability**

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

**Computer Skills**

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Spreadsheet software; Project Management software; Payroll systems and Human Resource systems.
