Coordinate and respond to Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) activities either manually or through computer systems in relation to production and inventory issues.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

* Monitoring of AGV activities using both ETRICC and PICK Systems.

* Corrections to inventory using barcode scanners and the PICK system.

* Job re-issue / cancellations and adjustments using barcode scanners and PICK.

* Basic troubleshooting, logging and reporting of issues relating to the AGVs.

* Manual Intervention and operation of the AGVs.

* Load position corrections and clean-up of spills.

* Maintenance of AGV floor markings / labeling.

* Timely response to inquiries on status.

* Respond to failed jobs and reset the information in PICK system and adjust inventory appropriately.

* Pull and stage customer orders using AGVs and/or forklift

* Load and unload trailers as needed

* Monitor conveyor systems

* Must have company forklift certification.

* Must follow all company work rules and policies.

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**

Successfully complete the entry level skills test, which includes: Understanding Instructions, Numerical Computation and Visual Checking.

**LANGUAGE SKILLS**

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.

**MATHEMATICAL SKILLS**

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percentage.

**REASONING ABILITY**

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to handle problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
