**Job Summary:**

The Customer Service Operations Associate for Wolters Kluwer (WK) CT Corporation is a position primarily responsible for assisting with the on-boarding of new clients to managed services and corresponding with the project team via phone and e-mail as a member of the On-Boarding Team. The Customer Service Operations Associate focuses on task-oriented set up and review of contracts and opportunities: Working cross-functionally to ensure that we have required documentation, completing any immediate service needs, and editing/validating records in internal systems. The Customer Service Operations Associate will learn to proactively manage the on-boarding process and develops positive working relationships with all internal stakeholders.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**

Developing and maintaining knowledge of the department, company and industry as a whole

Responding to incoming calls and e-mails in a timely manner

Providing consultative internal customer service and managing the fulfillment of customer business needs

Researching and analyzing customer data records

Communicating with project team on a weekly basis to complete objectives

Liaising with business partners to ensure all work is accurate and on time

Managing financial transactions

Participating in organizational activities to meet or exceed company objectives

Representing Wolters Kluwer within the industry

**Key Requirements:**

**Education**

Minimum: Bachelors Degree in Business or related discipline; OR, if no degree 5 years of business experience.

**Experience**

Minimum: 1 year of business experience, including:

Participating in extracurricular activities or associations.

Working independently and in a team environment.

Demonstrating strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Demonstrating organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.

Demonstrating strong written and verbal communication.

Utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred: 1 year of consultative customer service and/or account management experience, including:

Building relationships with customers and team members.

Meeting deadlines for multiple concurrent projects.

Working independently and in a team environment.

Demonstrating strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Demonstrating strong organizational, time-management and multitasking skills.

Demonstrating project management skills.
