Ronnoco Beverage Solutions, the Midwest's leading supplier of specialty coffee, is looking for a Route Driver to join our Operations team in St. Louis, MO. The Route Driver will drive to our regional warehouse locations and accurately deliver product according to established deadlines. They will also load and unload product at the warehouse locations and deliver to local customer locations as required.

**Responsibilities:**

* Deliver product according to set route schedule.

* Use company handheld computer to review and accept service call orders as well as input notes within the system

* Order, accept, and manage all aspects of product inventory

* Provide feedback and follow-up requirements to manager on customers.

* Maintain inventory in truck at all times.

* Keep company vehicle clean, regularly maintained according to company scheduled maintenance policy, and in proper working condition at all times.

* Be flexible to adjust to frequency changes, and customer requests

* Exercise independent judgment and innovation while maintaining accountability.

* Build knowledge of company concepts, practices and procedures in order to accomplish job responsibilities.

* Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times while representing Ronnoco

* Perform other tasks as needed from time to time.

**Essential Skills and Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

* A professional presence which is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, and customer focus to promote the mission, vision, goals and values of Ronnoco Coffee.

* Ability to sit, stand, bend for long periods of time.

* Ability to lift/carry up to 50lbs.

* Ability to climb step ladders.

* Ability to use Smart phone capabilities for work purposes.

* Possess skills for inventory management and replenishment processes.

* Must display good verbal and written communication skills, and be able to professionally receive and follow oral instructions.

* Must possess problem solving skills

* Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively work cross-functionally with all teams.

* Team player with the ability to maintain a positive attitude and partner with employees and managers across the organization

* Ability to maintain confidentiality

* Monday through Friday work schedule; some weekend and holiday work may be required.

* Some travel may be required.

* Must obey all traffic laws
