**Food & Nutrition Customer Service Representative**

**JOB OBJECTIVE** : Perform highly advanced customer service functions in a timely, accurate and professional manner for the Food & Nutrition (F&N) division of the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA). Work involves overseeing and coordinating the liaison and conflict resolution functions to ensure customer service excellence and ongoing communication with contractors and stakeholders. Perform work in a fast-paced environment answering a high volume of customer inquiries. Work under limited supervision with considerate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
