**Burch Food Services is now offering sign on and referral bonuses.**

All full-time new hires will receive a **$500.00 sign on bonus** upon their 6 month anniversary. Referral bonuses are offered to current employees that refer new employees. The employee that referred the new employee will receive $100.00 at the new employee's 3 month anniversary and another $100.00 at their 6 month anniversary.

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Load vending machines for delivery

+ Exhibit good customer service skills

+ Maintain and adhere to a delivery schedule

+ Ensure on time deliveries

+ Comply with all DOT regulations

+ Maintain safe operation of vehicle

+ Report all truck problems to the Maintenance Department

+ Follow company guidelines on entering and exiting the delivery truck

+ Maintain a safe working environment by following established company guidelines and using every responsible effort in achieving accident prevention and health preservation

+ Company uniforms/approved safety shoes must be worn each day while on delivery route

+ Secure money boxes from customer locations to branch office

+ Make sure all paperwork is completed accurately and turned in on a timely basis

+ Some overtime may be required as needed

* Job Qualifications:

* Minimum of 21 years of age

* Class E Drivers License

* Clean driving record

* Able to pass DOT Physical Exam/Drug Screen

* Able to lift loads up to 50 pounds per load

* Able to climb multiple stairs with 50-pound load in hand
