**YOUR LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT SPECIALIST**

In this call center and sales support position, you are the supporting force behind our customer service team. You perform a variety of operational support tasks with an overall focus on providing excellent customer service and optimizing our efficiency and profitability. In this call-center position, you handle the overflow and after-hours support calls that our customer service team cannot take. You provide our customers with operational support before and after HVAC installations are completed. Before the installations, you order equipment and coordinate deliveries. You coordinate installation dates with clients and with the dispatchers as well as ensure all permits and inspections are completed as required.

You are very knowledgeable about our HVAC equipment and keep our inventory well-stocked and highly organized. Using your computer skills, you complete invoices, payments, warranty registrations, reimbursements, appointment scheduling, and membership setups. When necessary, you coordinate the returns of defective parts and schedule vehicle repairs and inspections. After we complete a service, you follow up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the service, and you encourage them to leave a positive review. You feel great about providing excellent customer service and helping our company continue to be one of the best around!
