*Please note that this job opportunity is only available out of our Boonville, Missouri office and the successful candidate would be required to reside in Central Missouri.*

* Competitive Compensation-- Starting salary ranges from $65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience

* High school diploma/GED required; Associates or Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or a related field is preferred

* 2+ years of experience in the Transportation industry required

* Knowledge of the Transportation industry, logistics, and regulations (49 CFR).

* Experience with hiring, onboarding, and overseeing drivers and driver operations

* Fleet management experience is a plus

* Documented history in freight dispatch, freight brokering, or owner/operator preferred

* Experience or familiarity with multi-modal transportation

* Superior time-management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills

* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

* Strong work ethic, punctual, reliable, organized, and attention to detail

* Exceptional computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
